A neighbor helped deliver her at the BX19 bus stop.  An autopsy showed she died from blunt force trauma to her torso. She was beaten so severely that her liver was lacerated. Her mother was at work and she was left in the care of her mother’s live in boyfriend who was arrested and charged with murder, manslaughter, assault, and reckless endangerment to a child.
